In 2018, the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region was given a 5-star rating by skiresort.info, the biggest ski resort test portal in the world. The region has been rated in 18 different categories and reached 4.7 out of 5 possible stars. Among other things, the ski resort shines through a top size, a top range of slopes, top lifts as well as top snow safety and slope preparation. No wonder that you experience skiing pleasure and winter fun at the highest level here.
We celebrate anniversary: 20 years 4-Mountain Interlinked Ski Area
For the 20-year anniversary we have a very special challange for you: If you manage to ride the 4 mountains Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen & Reiteralm in a maximum of 4 days, you will receive a small goodie as a reward. The goodie you get against showing your Skiline expression at the cashdesk of the 4 mountains or at the info point.

The athletic pleasure skiers will be in their element on the superbly groomed pistes of Schladming’s Reiteralm, Planai and Hauser Kaibling mountains: A total of 10 black and 31 red runs offer skiing pleasure in the destination where the world’s elite leave their tracks in the snow.
In addition to the diverse piste offering, Schladming’s ski mountains also boast state-of-the-art cable car technology, exceptional mountain restaurant cuisine coupled with fantastic aprés ski and a packed event calendar from November to April.

The fantastic winter offering for children includes vikings on the Fageralm, a Gallic ski village on the Galsterberg, Hopsi on the Hochwurzen, Kali the Ramsaurian in the Ramsau ski region and the Schnurli-Express on the Stoderzinken (Season 2018/19: out of order).

The elite cross-country centre in Ramsau and on the Dachstein
From amateur cross-country enthusiast to elite athlete - you can look forward to a simply superb network of trails!
In Ramsau am Dachstein, the centre for nordic skiing, a 220-kilometre network of trails awaits you at elevations ranging from 1,100 to 2,700 metres. This means skiers of all ability levels are catered for.
The Dachstein glacier is a particular attraction because it is not only freestylers, snowboarders and ski tourers who take advantage of the high alpine location: the cream of the world's cross-country skiers also have the opportunity here from November to July to put in the hard yards for upcoming competitions. On 18 km of diagonal and skating trails the variety of training options is almost unlimited.
A cross-country stadium with a night trail, a test centre and a children’s cross-country park ... the offering is outstanding.
